What do I actually get on the free plan?
Five invoices a month, three saved clients, one invoice template, and quotes — the free plan can price the work as well as bill for it. Card payments, payment reminders, credit notes, multi-currency, invoice PDFs and your logo are all included too. What the free plan does not include is expenses and receipts, inventory and purchase requests, time and mileage tracking, or team members.
What unlocks when I upgrade?
Tracking, team seats and more room. Basic adds expenses and receipts, 2 team seats, 100 invoices a month and 25 clients; Professional adds inventory, purchase requests and time and mileage tracking, with 10 seats, 250 invoices and 100 clients; Enterprise is unlimited invoices and unlimited clients, and is sold by the seat at $29.99 per seat per month with a 3-seat minimum — you hold the first seat. The plans page sets all four out row by row.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — plans are upgradeable and downgradeable at any time as your business grows or your needs change, on monthly and yearly billing alike. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and stops there.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No credit card is required for the free tier. Just sign up and start invoicing.
