What do I actually get on the free plan?
Five invoices a month, three saved clients, one invoice template, and quotes — the free plan can price the work as well as bill for it. Card payments, payment reminders, credit notes, multi-currency, invoice PDFs and your logo are all included too. What the free plan does not include is expenses and receipts, inventory and purchase requests, time and mileage tracking, or team members.
What unlocks when I upgrade?
Tracking, team seats and more room. Basic adds expenses and receipts, 2 team seats, 100 invoices a month and 25 clients; Professional adds inventory, purchase requests and time and mileage tracking, with 10 seats, 250 invoices and 100 clients; Enterprise is unlimited invoices and unlimited clients with 25 seats. The plans page sets all four out row by row.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — plans are upgradeable and downgradeable at any time as your business grows or your needs change.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
